Pricing & Compensation Model
Introduction
At PadelOps, our mission is to create meaningful connections between padel clubs, tournaments, players, and sponsors/strategic partners — all with transparency, fairness, and efficiency at the core. To support this, we’ve developed a straightforward and scalable compensation and pricing model that aligns with value creation for all parties involved. By operating on a flat-fee structure, we remove ambiguity, promote trust, and make it easy for everyone to plan and scale their involvement.
This model outlines how our pricing works, what you can expect in terms of deliverables and support,and how we ensure win-win outcomes in every partnership.
For padel clubs, tournaments, players, or other related projects
Sponsor Introduction Fee
If potential sponsors or partners, after we have contacted them, express interest in directly contacting or engaging with our clients (including Padel clubs, players, tournaments or other projects) based on introductions or exposure facilitated by PadelOps and a formal introduction occurs, a standard introduction fee of €250 will be charged per potential sponsor or partner contact. This fee covers the initial connection and communication setup between the sponsor and the client.
Mediator Sponsorship Flat-Fee
If the Padelops mediation efforts result in a sponsorship deal, the Client will owe a fee to the Padelops. The amount of this fee will depend on the value of the agreement:
Mediator Sponsorship Flat-Fee:
- Basic Sponsorship Deal (up to €15,000 of the total agreement value): €1,500 per agreement
- Mid-Level Sponsorship Deal (€15,000 – €50,000 of the total agreement value): €2,000 per agreement
- Premium Sponsorship Deal (€50,000 – €100,000 of the total agreement value): €4,000 per agreement
- Major Sponsorship Deal (€100,000+ of the total agreement value): €6,000 per agreement
No Cure, No Pay
If no sponsorship introduction or deal is reached, there will be no cost to the Client for the Padelops mediation services.
For Brands and businesses
Brands and businesses can also leverage our network. If you’re a top-tier brand, with a proven track record, looking to sponsor or invest in padel clubs, tournaments, players, or related projects, we offer the following fee structure:
- €250 introduction fee
- €750 success fee upon securing a partnership or sponsorship.
Important
We always represent our clients, whether it’s a padel project seeking sponsors or partners, or a brand or business looking for padel projects to sponsor or invest in.
We always charge our clients who sign a deal with Padelops; we never charge the parties they are connected with.
